The Puerto Rico Hotel & Tourism Association in Collaboration with the most recognized chef of the island celebrated this weekend Saborea Puerto Rico 2013 the 6th edition of the Culinary extravaganza. Thanks to the unconditional support of local residents and food lovers who traveled for the occasion, the excusive event was an outstanding success. Once again this well organized celebration conquered the profits expected to impact our island tourism and economy.
Many distinguished guests visiting the Saborea Puerto Rico Village tasted the delicious food carefully made by local and international talent. The Culinary extravaganza took place from the 4th to the 7th of April at different venues for each event. The celebration kickoff party begun on Thursday with the opening Gala, Bubbles & Bites held at The Ritz Carlton, Isla Verde pool side. On Friday, a private reception hosted at the Conrad San Juan Condado Plaza welcomed a Privilege Taste of Saborea reception with over 20 of the in-house master chefs. For the luxury dinner all tables were impeccably dressed for the culinary taste show each hosted by a different Chef. Saturday and Sunday hundreds of people pleased their palates tasting foods from more than fifty different restaurants, well known Chefs and sponsors. All offers were created especially for Saborea Puerto Rico 2013 at the World Famous Escambron Beach.
A parade of music, food, deserts, wine, beers, distilled sprits and entertainment life shows were part of the largest and best Gastronomic event in the Caribbean. Saborea Puerto Rico 2013 is a fusion of flavors created by the PRHTA benefiting its Educational Fund, which provides training and certifications in a variety of specialties for people in the hospitality industry, as well as other programs geared toward the local tourism industry’s development. It aims to promote Puerto Rico as a culinary destination and provide a platform for the island’s gastronomic industry.
Puerto Rico Fashion and Entertainment News wants to recognize the great coordination for the safety for all participating in the event . One more time Saborea Puerto Rico became The most respected Culinary affair of The Caribbean.
